Return & Refund Policy

At Vinr, we take utmost care in delivering high-quality products. However, in the rare event that something goes wrong, we’re here to help — with clear and fair policies.

Exchange Policy

We accept product exchanges only in the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, leaking, or expired upon delivery.

  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any return or exchange request.

  • Requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • All requests should be submitted via email at support@vinr.in with order details and video evidence.

Once approved, return instructions will be shared via email. Products must be shipped back only after receiving written consent from our team.

Return shipping for eligible exchanges will be covered by VINR WELLNESS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED

All returns/exchanges will be processed only after quality checks are completed on the returned item(s).

No Return / Exchange Cases

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The product was opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Customer simply didn’t like the product or changed their mind.

  • The complaint was raised beyond the 3-day window.

  • Unboxing video is missing or incomplete.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway.

Refunds will only be approved in the following exceptional cases:

  • If we are unable to deliver your order within 30 days.

  • If your delivery address is not serviceable by our courier partners.

Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered by the customer.

  • Non-availability of the recipient at the delivery address.

  • Refusal to accept the delivery.

  • Delivery to a third-party address as requested by the customer.

  • Force majeure events (weather, pandemic, natural disaster, etc.).

  • If the product has been tampered with after delivery.

  • If Partial COD orders are refused, the advance paid will not be refunded.
