Return & Refund Policy

At VINR, your skin and hair safety is our top priority. Since we deal in skincare, and haircare products, hygiene and product integrity are extremely important to us. While we maintain strict quality checks, we understand that issues may occasionally occur — and we’re here to resolve them fairly.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange or replacement only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, leaking, broken, or expiry product.

  • You received an wrong product.

Important Conditions:

  • A clear unboxing video (from opening the outer package to showing the product) is mandatory.

  • Requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Email your concern to vinrwellnessindia@gmail.com with order ID, images, and video proof.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Once approved, replacement instructions will be shared by our team.

 For eligible cases, return shipping will be covered by VINR GLOBAL RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED.

All exchanges are subject to quality inspection of the returned item.

 

 No Return / No Exchange Cases

Since VINR is a skincare & haircare brand, we do not offer refunds for 

  • Product is opened, used, or tampered with

  • Request raised after 72 hours of delivery

  • Unboxing video is missing or incomplete

Cancellation Policy

  • The customer can choose to cancel any order any time before it’s dispatched.

  • If an order is cancelled before dispatched, the full amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

 Delivery Attempt Policy

  • Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts at your address.

  • If you are unavailable during all three attempts, the order will be marked as undelivered / RTO (Return to Origin).

  • In such cases, refunds will not be applicable, and the customer may be required to place a fresh order.

  • Customer must ensure correct address and contact number for smooth delivery.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in exceptional cases:

  • If we are unable to deliver your order within 30 days

  • If your pincode is non-serviceable

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

 Refunds Not Applicable If:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided

  • Recipient unavailable at delivery address

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)

  • Product damaged after delivery.

  • If the customer refused to accept the delivery,the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)

  • In such cases, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund (if applicable).
